Occupational Therapy (OT) Foundations is an outpatient clinic serving all ages and abilities in the Roanoke and the New River Valley. We treat people as individuals and consider the whole person, not just a specific problem area. We assess where a person is functionally and developmentally, considering their “foundation” before addressing concerns of greater complexity. Our particular areas of focus include neurological deficits, coordination and balance issues, behavior issues, developmental delays, learning disabilities, attention issues, cognition/brain fog, academic performance issues, vision, and vestibular issues.

Initial Consultation Call
Free 15-20 minute phone call *a consultation call is recommended prior to scheduling an initial evaluation to answer any questions regarding services.
Occupational Therapy Evaluation
$365
The initial OT evaluation will be a 1 ½ to 2 hour long visit which includes in-depth evaluation, administration of assessments as appropriate, the development of an individualized treatment plan, and time included at the end to review findings, goals and treatment plan. Additionally included in the cost is the time spent in on-going communication between therapist and other healthcare provider or educators (if applicable and requested).
Subsequent Visits
*Treatment sessions can be 1-3 times a week, every-other-week, or as needed following the initial evaluation or a re-evaluation.
30 minute treatment - $75
45 minute treatment - $100
1 hour treatment - $125
Re-Evaluation - Additional $75 to treatment
